About this service
Description
Use this form to apply for a permit to fly in accordance with EASA Form 21. A permit to fly is required when the certificate of airworthiness is not valid or cannot be issued for some reason, but the aircraft can nevertheless be used for safe aviation. In simple cases when the flight conditions are approved by Trafi, e.g. if the Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) has expired, fill in form LU3343. In other cases, fill in this form with reference to the flight conditions approved by EASA, for which an application can be submitted to EASA using form LU3351 (=EASA Form 37 and 18B).
