Description
Veripalvelu- ja kudoslaitosten tulee kirjata toiminnassa havaitut poikkeamatilanteet. Jos poikkeama luokitellaan vakavaksi vaaratilanteeksi tai vakavaksi haittavaikutukseksi, niistä tulee ilmoittaa Fimealle. Lisäksi veripalvelu- ja kudoslaitokset raportoivat vuosittain Fimealle yhteenvedon havaitsemistaan kudos- ja solusiirteisiin liittyvistä vakavista haittavaikutuksista tai vaaratilanteista (Serious Adverse Reaction/Event = SAR/E). Fimeaan raportoidut ja kudosdirektiivien mukaiset kriteerit täyttävät SAR/E-ilmoitukset raportoidaan edelleen Euroopan komissiolle. Komissio seuraa koko Euroopan turvailmoituksia ja tekee niistä vuosittain oman yhteenvedon.
