Description
Regular outdoor sales of foodstuffs (such as market stall or mobile kiosk sales) must be registered in accordance with section 10 of the Food Act. Notification of one-off or temporary outdoor food sales or service (such as at events) must be carried out by filling in the form `Reporting a mobile food facility'. Mobile food facilities must inform the authorities of their operations in Helsinki. Before starting operations, a notification of food facilities must be submitted, after which submitting just the report is sufficient. In Helsinki, many mobile food facilities are mobile kiosks.
