Who it is for: ### Rintamaveteraanit Olet oikeutettu palveluun, jos olet kotona tai asumispalveluissa asuva Suomen sotiin osallistunut rintamasotilas-, rintamapalvelus- tai rintamatunnuksen omaava rintamaveteraani. Palveluita ei myönnetä laitoshoidossa asuvalle eikä yli 10 prosentin haitta-asteen omaavalle sotainvalidille. Sotainvalidien palveluista kerrotaan seuraavassa kappaleessa. ### Sotainvalidit Vuosien 1939-1945 sodissa vahingoittuneet sotainvalidit, joiden haitta-aste on vähintään 10 prosenttia, ovat sotilasvammalain nojalla oikeutettuja maksuttomiin kotona annettaviin palveluihin. Maksuttomia palveluita myönnetään lain mukaan myös ennen 1.1.1991 asepalveluksessa ja rauhanturvaamistehtävissä vammautuneille sotainvalideille, joiden haitta-aste on vähintään 20 prosenttia. Sotainvalidien ja ennen 1.1.1991 asepalveluksessa ja rauhanturvaamistehtävissä vammautuneiden ja sairastuneiden sekä heidän omaistensa korvaukset maksetaan sotilasvammalain nojalla Valtiokonttorista. Vamman vakavuuden eli haitta-asteen mukaan maksetaan niin sanottua elinkorkoa, joka on peruskorvaus vammasta. Lisäksi korvauksia voi hakea esimerkiksi asunnon muutostöistä, jalkahoidosta, sairaanhoidosta ja matkakuluista.

Description

The Economic Development Centre may, in a specific water area, restrict angling, ice fishing and lure fishing or prohibit them if necessary in order to: * Secure the objectives of the fisheries region’s management plan or more efficient management of the fish stock. * Perform fishery research. * Secure the fish stock. * Secure the commercial utilisation of fish or crayfish stocking done for commercial or other specific purposes. * Prevent recurring or continuous disturbance of spawning areas of fish.

Complete the printable form. Submit the form and its attachments to the Economic Development Centre as an attachment to the general service form. The form and attachments can also be submitted by post, by email, or in person.

Conditions

The Economic Development Centre may impose a restriction or prohibition either on its own initiative or on the initiative of the fishing right holder, commercial fisherman, fisheries region or a party in whose interest the matter lies. The restriction or prohibition must be applied for in writing, and the application must include an account of the grounds of the application and the proposed restricted or prohibited area with attached maps. The total restricted or prohibited area may be no more than 25 percent of the surface area of the waters of the fisheries region. The restrictions and prohibitions may not weaken the possibility to utilise common fishing rights more than what is necessary to achieve the objective of the restriction or prohibition.

Description

A right-of-way permit may be granted for road ferries operating to the islands of Nagu, Korpo, Norrskata, Houtskär and Iniö in the City of Parainen, the island of Hitis in the Municipality of Kimitoön, the island of Vartsala in the Municipality of Kustavi, the island of Skåldö in the City of Raseborg, and for the commuter ferry operating between Houtskär and Iniö in the City of Parainen. Right-of-way permits are not granted for other commuter ferries. ### Other information about the right of way Legislation automatically entitles certain vehicles and transports to use the right-of-way lane when boarding a ferry. Under the law, emergency vehicles and vehicles used by the police, Customs and the Border Guard while carrying out official duties have the right to board the ferry before other vehicles. Vehicles transporting a patient for treatment or healthcare personnel, a veterinarian or a rescue worker travelling on an urgent official assignment are also entitled to board before other vehicles. Traffic lights are used at the Parainen–Nagu road ferry terminals to improve traffic management, safety and traffic flow. When boarding begins, vehicles in the right-of-way lane are loaded first while the traffic light is green. When the lane is empty, the light turns red. Vehicles are then loaded from the regular traffic lane. When the light turns red for the right-of-way lane, loading from that lane has ended. If necessary, loading from the right-of-way lane may continue only in exceptional cases, for example for scheduled buses and taxis, during or after loading from the regular traffic lane. When the regular traffic lane has been emptied, loading may continue from the right-of-way lane if necessary, provided there is space on the ferry. At ferry terminals, road users must remain alert and comply with the speed limits and traffic lights to avoid hazardous situations. During boarding, road users must also follow the instructions given by the ferry staff.

How to use it

Fill in the application primarily in the e-service. Log in to the e-service using your personal bank identification, mobile certificate, or certificate card. If it is not possible to use the e-service, you can use a printable form. Submit the completed form and its attachments to the Economic Development Centre of Southwest Finland by post or e-mail. ### Supplementing the application If you need to supplement your application later, send the additional information to the Economic Development Centre of Southwest Finland by post or email. Include the application reference number or the applicant's name. Do not submit a new application through the e-service for additional information, as it would be registered in the system as a new application. ### Attachments to the application If the right of way is requested on grounds other than permanent residence, there must be sufficient need. You may attach documents to demonstrate the need for the right of way. Applicants applying for a right of way for work-related travel must attach their employer's certificate of employment and any other necessary information relevant to the application. ### Renewing the permit A renewal permit is applied for in the same way as a new permit. A renewal application must be justified in the same way as a new application. The right of way may also be amended on application.

Conditions

Permanent residents of the islands of Houtskär, Norrskata and Iniö may be granted a right-of-way permit upon application. Permanent residents of the other islands of Parainen and Kimitoön, as well as Skåldö, Hitis, Rosala and Vartsala in Kustavi, may be granted a right-of-way permit for work-related travel upon presentation of an employer's certificate. If the right of way is requested on grounds other than permanent residence, there must be sufficient need. You may attach documents to demonstrate the need for the right of way. Applicants applying for a right of way for work-related travel must attach their employer's certificate of employment and any other necessary information relevant to the application.

Fee details

There is a fee for both a granted licence and a negative decision. A fee is charged for additional and temporary decisions on the right-of-way. The fees are determined annually by a government decree. The Economic Development Centre orders the plates/stickers. The manufacturer sends the them and the invoice to the customer.
