Description

The City Archives preserves long-term and permanently preserved documents created in the activities of the City of Tampere. The City Archives also has private archives from Tampere, for example association archives. The City Archives' information service handles requests for documents and assists in the use of the materials. In its operations, the City Archives complies with the Act on the Openness of Government Activities (621/1999).

How to use it

Documents can be requested to be viewed by email, using an electronic form, by phone, by letter or on site. Information about the materials found in the City Archives is available from the ARCA archival information system (yksa.fi/tampere, only in Finnish), the City Archives website (https://www.tampere.fi/en/organisation/city-archive) and by inquiring from the City Archives information service.

Conditions

The Archives Information Service serves anyone who needs information about the City Archives collections. Original paper materials can only be accessed in the City Archives Research Room. Archival materials can be copied and scanned if the condition of the material, data protection or legal restrictions allow it. The service is free of charge, but copies and scans may be subject to a fee.

Art Arc is a cultural education programme connected to the City of Tampere’s basic education curriculum. Art Arc familiarises more than 20,000 children and young people with art and cultural sites every year as spectators, experiencers and creators. The cultural education program is coordinated by the Art Arc team. The team works on the 4th floor of Kulttuuritalo Laikku (Keskustori 4). How to use it

Registration instructions for teachers: Check out your grade's program on the Art Arc's website. When it's time to register, you'll find links to the registration form in the description of each program. Art Arc's website homepage has info on the upcoming registration dates for the school year and the programs that are currently open for registration. You'll also get an email from Art Arc when registration for your grade level is about to start. Art Arc's museum lecturers are available to answer questions and help with any problems by email or phone. You can find their contact details on the Art Arc's website. City of Tampere Public Cultural Services offers residents opportunities to engage in and enjoy art and culture. The Public Cultural Services also supports local art and cultural activities by providing production grants, and by giving and renting its spaces for cultural use. The activities of City of Tampere Public Cultural Services include: * Various cultural grants and subsidy preparation * Event activities in libraries * Integrative cultural activities * Cultural routes * Activities integrated with social and health services * Art Arc * Art exhibitions and artist residency * Events throughout Tampere * Tampere Music Festivals (Tampere Jazz Happening, Tampere Biennale, Tampere Vocal Music Festival) * Venue rental and management of cultural spaces. You can apply for Project Grants for Culture. The aim of these grants is to support the implementation of events and projects that complement local cultural offerings in Tampere, as well as the publication of historical works. The application period is ongoing. You can find more information and instructions for applying for the Project Grants for Culture and other grants and support offered by the city on Tampere City's English website titled Grants. The spaces maintained by the Public Cultural Services include Culture House Laikku and Laikunlava, Haihara Art Centre and Lielahti Manor event spaces. At Culture House Laikku, you can also find Children's Cultural Centre Rulla and art spaces Gallery and Studio. The Public Cultural Services rents its spaces for various events, meetings, and seminars. You may have access to some of the spaces for free if your event involves performing arts, is open to all, and has no admission fees.

Kirjaston digituen tavoitteena on auttaa asiakasta ottamaan askeleita kohti turvallista ja itsenäistä laitteiden käyttöä sekä asiointia. Digituki on tukea arjen digipulmiin, ei valmiita vastauksia. Ongelmatilanteissa digituki voi auttaa asiakasta selvittämään tilannetta itse. Tarjoamme tukea omalla taitotasollamme tietotekniikan aktiivikäyttäjinä. Noudatamme valtakunnallista digituen eettistä ohjeistusta sekä Tampereen kaupunginkirjaston digituen rajauksia, jotka löytyvät kirjaston verkkosivulta. Asiakas on aina itse vastuussa laitteensa käytöstä ja asioinnista sekä digitukitilanteessa että sen jälkeen. Kirjaston digituessa ei ole mahdollisuutta puolesta asiointiin. Kirjaston digituki on maksutonta. Kaikista kirjastojen asiakaspalvelupisteistä saa palveluaikana tukea kirjaston omien palvelujen käyttöön. Apua saa myös tulostamiseen, tiedostojen tallentamiseen kirjaston asiakaskoneilla sekä palveluihin kirjautumiseen asiakaspalvelijan taitotason ja käytettävissä olevan ajan puitteissa. Hervannan, Koilliskeskuksen, Lielahden ja Sampolan lähikirjastoissa sekä pääkirjasto Metsossa tarjotaan avointa digitukea erikseen ilmoitettuina viikonpäivinä ja kellonaikoina. Avoimeen digitukeen voi tulla ilman ajanvarausta esimerkiksi asioinnin, tietokoneen tai älylaitteen peruskäytön kysymyksissä. Silloin kun avoimen digituen palvelussa ei voida kattaa tuen tarvetta, asiakas voi varata ajan digiopastukseen. Opastusaika voidaan varata esimerkiksi asioinnin, tietokoneen tai älylaitteen peruskäytön kysymyksiin liittyvissä tilanteissa. Henkilökunta arvioi opastustarpeen. Opastusaika varataan avoimen digituen kautta tai palvelunumerosta. Opastuksen kesto on noin yksi tunti. Kirjastossa järjestetään digivinkkauksia eli noin tunnin kestoisia, informatiivisia alustuksia digiaiheisiin. Päivämäärät ja aiheet löydät kirjaston verkkosivuilta. Digivinkkauksiin ei tarvitse ilmoittautua etukäteen. Digiolkkari on rento ja vapaamuotoinen etätilaisuus, joka järjestetään Teams -ohjelman välityksellä. Olkkarissa keskustellaan ruohonjuuritasolla tietotekniikkaan, nettiin, mobiililaitteisiin sekä medialukutaitoon liittyvistä aiheista. Digivinkkauksissa ja -olkkareissa voit tavata kirjastojen henkilökuntaa, kuunnella ja katsella, osallistua, kysyä tai jakaa omia kokemuksiasi. Kirjastot tarjoavat asiakkaiden käyttöön tietokoneita ja hyvän valikoiman lisälaitteita. Voit skannata, ottaa mustavalko- ja väritulosteita sekä käyttää digitointilaitteita.

Voit saada tukea kirjaston omien palvelujen käyttöön kirjastojen asiakaspalvelupisteistä palveluaikoina. Asioinnin, tietokoneen tai älylaitteen peruskäytön kysymyksissä voit tulla ilman ajanvarausta avoimen digituen palveluun, jonka palvelupaikat ja -ajat löydät kirjaston verkkosivuilta ja kirjaston esitteistä. Mikäli avoimen digituen palvelussa ei voida vastata tuen tarpeeseen, voit varata henkilökohtaisen opastuksen joko avoimen digituen henkilökunnalta tai kirjaston digituen palvelunumerosta. Henkilökunta arvioi opastustarpeen. Digituen palvelumme ovat maksuttomia. Kirjastojen työasemia voit varata omatoimiseen käyttöön joko asiakaskoneiden ajanvarausohjelmassa osoitteessa netloan.tampere.fi, puhelimitse tai paikan päällä. Ennakkoon varaaminen ei ole pakollista, vaan vapaan työaseman voi ottaa käyttöön heti. Työasemien käyttöön tarvitset PIKI -kirjastokortin.

EURES experts can also search for suitable job seekers for employers in the EURES portal. Once a new employee has been found, Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS) support can be granted to the employer for the new employee's relocation and onboarding. The condition for receiving TMS support is the assistance provided by a EURES expert, so remember to inform employers recruiting from Europe about the possibility of applying for support.

Vaatimukset liittyvät elintarvikehuoneistoon tilana. Vaatimukset eivät koske toimijaa. Jos toimija vaihtuu tai toiminta muuttuu, keskeytyy tai päättyy, toimijan tulee ilmoittaa siitä viivytyksettä kunnan elintarvikevalvontaviranomaiselle. Jos toimija on sijoittautunut johonkin toiseen Euroopan talousalueeseen kuuluvaan valtioon ja tarjoaa palveluitaan tilapäisesti Suomessa, ei toimijan tarvitse rekisteröityä Suomeen, jos se on rekisteröitynyt jo kotimaassaan. Tilapäiseksi toiminnaksi katsotaan alle puolen vuoden toiminta per vuosi. Palvelu on maksullinen.

Description

The City of Tampere’s Employment and Growth Services offers free recruitment services to businesses and employers. There is also information available about job seekers in industry and the current labour market situation. Recruitment specialists assist in finding candidates suitable for work. Based on the application, the Employment and Growth Services grant various forms of discretionary support, such as wage subsidies or recruitment supplements from the City of Tampere. Support can be granted when the employee to be hired is unemployed and is a customer of the local government pilot on employment in Employment and Growth Services. The City of Tampere´s Employment and Growth Services offer employment opportunities to job seekers who belong to the target group of the Local government pilot on employment in Tampere. These opportunities are available for job seekers whose skills and expertise match the requirements of the available positions.

How to use it

You can publish a job advertisement in several different ways. 1. You can send an email to tyonantajat@tampere.fi. Our recruitment coordinators will get in touch with you and assist you throughout the recruitment process. 2. Log in to the Employment Service Platform (Työmarkkinatori) via Business E-Services portal and create a job advertisement following the service instructions. When you publish a job posting, the platform will suggest the most suitable jobseekers for your vacancy.

Kasvun ja oppimisen tuki toteutuu mahdollisuuksien mukaan lapsen kotia lähellä olevassa päiväkodissa tai perhepäivähoidossa. Jokaisella kasvun- ja opinpolulla on integroituja ryhmiä, jolloin osa hoitopaikoista on varattu tukea tarvitseville lapsille. Lapsen tuen tarve arvioidaan moniammatillisesti yhdessä lapsen huoltajien kanssa. Tuen tarpeen arvioimisen lähtökohtana ovat lapsen yksilöllinen kehitys ja hänen mahdollisuutensa osallistua toimintaan yhdessä muiden lasten kanssa. Erityisen vaativaa hoitoa tarvitsevien lasten varhaiskasvatus on järjestetty Erho-yksikössä.

How to use it

Mikäli arvelet, että lapsesi tarvitsee tukea varhaiskasvatuksessa, toimi seuraavasti: Keskustele asiasta lapsesi varhaiskasvatusryhmän henkilöstön tai yksikön johtajan kanssa. Lapsen tuen tarve arvioidaan aina huoltajien ja monen ammattilaisen välisenä yhteistyönä. Tukitoimien määrään ja sisältöön vaikuttavat lapsen kehitys, hänen vahvuutensa ja tarpeensa. Tuki järjestetään yleensä lapsen omassa varhaiskasvatusryhmässä. Joskus lapsi saa tarvitsemaansa tukea parhaiten integroidussa varhaiskasvatusryhmässä, joita on joka puolella kaupunkia.

Description

Esiopetusta annetaan vuotta ennen oppivelvollisuuden alkamista sillä kasvun- ja opinpolulla missä lapsen perusopetus jatkuu. Oppivelvollisuus alkaa sinä vuonna kun lapsi täyttää seitsemän vuotta. Esiopetus on velvoittavaa ja lapsen huoltajan on huolehdittava siitä, että lapsi osallistuu esiopetukseen tai muuhun esiopetuksen tavoitteet saavuttavaan toimintaan (Perusopetuslaki 26 s §). Kunnan järjestämän lakisääteisen esiopetuksen laajuus on vähintään 700 tuntia vuodessa eli noin neljä tuntia päivässä. Lukuvuosi noudattelee pääosin perusopetuksessa noudatettavia työ- ja loma-aikoja. Esiopetukseen osallistuminen on maksutonta. Esiopetuksen lisäksi tarvittava täydentävä toiminta on maksullista.

About this service

Description

The sports instructors of the Sports Services offer a variety of exercises for all ages. Water sports groups; baby swimming, swimming schools and aqua aerobics, are organised in swimming pools. Most of the available sports groups are applied for at separate application times in the fall and spring seasons. During the application period, working-age, seniors and special exercise groups are included. Special exercise groups are aimed at long-term patients and adults and children with disabilities. Independent exercise is supported by offering exercise counselling and encouraging to use, for example, a voluntary peer instructor as an aid to starting exercise.
