The Traffic Customer Service is a nationwide advisory service jointly provided by the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency, the Economic Development Centres and Fintraffic Ltd for matters related to highways, railways and waterways. You can give feedback, ask questions, suggest improvements and submit notifications concerning the state-owned traffic routes. Customer service provides guidance and advice on initiating matters, as well as support in using online services and e-services. If necessary, customer service directs you to the correct authority and the appropriate service channel.
