About this service
Description
Tukinainen offers support to survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones. We provide confidential and free assistance to help you recover from sexual violence. Our services are available in Finnish and English. Our services do not include interpretation.
How to use it
1. You can book an appointment with a crisis counselor or lawyer using a pseudonym if you wish. When booking, please provide a valid email address. 2. You can contact us anonymously by writing to Nettitukinaisen or calling our hotline numbers. In this case, the crisis worker/lawyer can book an appointment for you using your pseudonym. In the anonymous initial assessment questionnaire for crisis support, we ask about the client’s current situation. We collect this information to measure the effectiveness of our work. Note! If you wish to book an appointment with a lawyer, select the “remote consultation” option when booking. This option will allow you to book an appointment with a lawyer.
