About this service
Description
In Helsinki, children can participate in a wide range of sports, either individually or in groups. There are many places for independent physical activity, such as playgrounds, outdoor trails and facilities for specific sports.
The City of Helsinki’s exercise courses for children and families take place seasonally. There are also activities that you don’t need to register for but can join at any time. For example, Perhehulinat family sports sessions provide a space for children under school age and their parents to exercise together independently and free of charge. The activities are open to everyone, and you don’t need to register in advance. More information on physical activities for children and families is available on the city’s website.
