Jos jäät työttömäksi, voit hakeutua maksuttomaan työttömän terveystarkastukseen terveydenhoitajan vastaanotolle.
Terveystarkastus on erityisen tärkeä, jos
* jokin terveyteesi liittyvä asia huolestuttaa
* edellisestä terveystarkastuksesta on kulunut jo vuosia
* tiedossasi on työkykyysi mahdollisesti vaikuttavia seikkoja.
Tarkastukseen kuuluu muun muassa
* terveydentilaa koskevia perustutkimuksia laboratoriokokein ja erilaisin mittarein
* rokotustietojen päivitystä
* terveystottumusten ja elämäntapojen kartoitusta
* opastusta päivittäisten terveyttä edistävien valintojen tekemiseen
* tarvittaessa ohjaus lisätutkimuksiin ja tukevien palvelujen piiriin.
Terveystarkastukseen on suositeltavaa hakeutua kolmen kuukauden kuluessa työttömyyden alettua.
How to use it
Voit hakeutua terveystarkastukseen ottamalla yhteyttä oman terveyskeskuksen ajanvaraus- ja neuvontanumeroon. Myös sosiaali-, terveys- tai työllisyyspalvelujen työntekijä voi ohjata sinut tarkastukseen.
