Vauvauinti Kaarinassa on mukava ja turvallinen tapa tutustuttaa vauva veteen. Vauvauintia järjestetään Kaarinan uimahallissa, ja se on suunnattu 3 kuukauden ikäisille ja sitä vanhemmille vauvoille, jotka painavat vähintään 5 kg.
Vauvauintiryhmät kokoontuvat kerran viikossa, ja uintiaika on noin 30 minuuttia kerrallaan. Ryhmät on jaettu vauvojen iän mukaan, ja ne pidetään lauantai- ja sunnuntaiaamuisin. How to use it

Ryhmän kesto on 30 min ja kokoontumisia 10 kertaa.
Conditions
Vauvauinnin aloittavan vauvan tulee olla vähintään 3 kk ikäinen ja vähintään 5 kg painoinen.
Jatkoryhmä on tarkoitettu jo vauvauinnissa käyneille vauvoille ja yli 12 kk ikäisille.
Sisaruinti on tarkoitettu vauvoille, joilla on vanhempia sisaruksia, jotka myös osallistuvat uintiin.
Ensimmäistä kertaa vauvauintiin osallistuvien tulee osallistua vauvauinti infoon, joka pidetään ennen ensimmäistä uintikertaa.

Ensimmäisen vauvauintivuoden aikana pieni lapsi oppii nauttimaan vesileikeistä ja ehkä myös vedenalaisesta maailmasta. Allasympäristössä lapsella on myös mahdollisuus harjaannuttaa kaikkia kehittymässä olevia taitojaan ja parhaimmillaan vauvauinti tukee pienen polskuttelijan kokonaisvaltaista kehitystä.
How to use it
Vauvauintia varten maksetaan lippukassaan osallistumismaksu, joka sisältää vauvan ja 1-2 vanhemman osallistumisen. Lippukassalla on myytävänä vauvauinnin päiväkirjoja ja uimavaippoja. Voit vuokrata pieniä uima-asuja lippukassalta.
Ajankohta on tiista-iltapäivisin klo 15.00-15.30.
Tule ajoissa altaalle vauvan kanssa. Aluksi ohjaaja pitää yhteisen vesileikin ja opastaa ajankohtaisissa asioissa.

Vauvojen metsäkylpy on aikuisen ja lapsen yhteinen ohjattu luontohetki.
Vauvojen Metsäkylvyssä ihmetellään syksyisen metsän ääniä, näkymiä ja tuoksuja. Kävelymatka metsäkylpypaikkaan on muutama sata metriä. Matkalla aistimme ympärillämme olevaa luontoa. Metsäkylpypaikassa meitä odottavat riippumatot, jossa aikuiset ja vauvat saavat keinutella. Metsäkylpy ulkona kestää noin 30-40 minuuttia, minkä jälkeen on mahdollisuus siirtyä nauttimaan kuppi teetä tai kahvia, syöttämään vauvaa, vaihtamaan vaippaa ja jakamaan kokemuksia muiden osallistujien kanssa.

Vauvaperheohjaus Pulmussa tuetaan odottavien ja vauvaperheiden voimavaroja arjessa ja ohjataan vauvan univalverytmin löytämisessä. Vauvaperheohjaus voi olla avuksi, jos:
-Odotus- tai vauva-aikana perheessä on alavireisyyttä, jaksamattomuutta tai mielialaan liittyviä haasteita
-Odotusaika tai tuleva synnytys mietityttävät
-Vauvan uni- ja vuorokausirytmin löytämiseen tarvitaan tukea
Tukea on mahdollista saada puhelimitse, videovastaanotoilla sekä tarvittaessa kotikäynneillä. Tukea saa myös valtakunnallisesta vauvaperheiden chatista ja vauvaperhe.fi sivustolta.
Tarvittaessa järjestetään maksullinen unirytmitysjakso kaksi kertaa vuodessa yhdistyksen tiloissa.
Jakso on tarkoitettu yli 6kk-2 -vuotiaille lapsille, joiden unitavat kuormittavat perheen jaksamista.

• Vanhemmat yöpyvät kotona.
• Keskusteluja äidin/isän tai molempien vanhempien kanssa.

Värikylpy on perheen pienimmille suunnattu kuvataidetoiminnan muoto.
Työpajoissa pääsette lapsen kanssa yhdessä tutkimaan ja ihmettelemään erilaisia värejä ja materiaaleja ja iloitsemaan kiireettömästä tekemisestä yhdessä. Vaihtuvien teemojen, materiaalien ja musiikin kautta pääset rikastuttamaan pienen lapsen kokemusmaailmaa.
Vauvojen värikylpyryhmä on tarkoitettu 4–12 kuukauden ikäisille vauvoille yhdessä vanhemman kanssa. Taaperoiden värikylpyryhmä on tarkoitettu 1–2-vuotiaille taaperoille yhdessä vanhemman kanssa. Ryhmien ikärajat ovat viitteellisiä ja suhtaudumme niihin joustavasti.
Seurakuntayhtymässä toimii värikylpyryhmiä Henrikin kirkolla ja Yli-Maariassa.
Henrikin värikylpyryhmiin otetaan 6 lasta ja yksi huoltaja lapsen kanssa.
Yli-Maarian värikylpyryhmiin otetaan 8 lasta ja yksi huoltaja lapsen kanssa.
Ryhmät kokoontuvat viisi kertaa. Osallistumismaksu 35€.

Talousvettä toimittavan laitoksen omavalvonnan ja talousveden laadun valvonnan on perustuttava veden terveydelliseen laatuun vaikuttavien riskien arviointiin ja hallintaan. Terveydensuojelulain (763/1994) mukaan riskinarviointi on tehtävä toiminnan harjoittajien ja viranomaisten välisenä yhteistyönä. Riskiarviointi on hyväksytettävä kunnan terveydensuojeluviranomaisella.
Rovaniemen, Ranuan, Pellon, Ylitornion ja Kolarin alueella riskiarviointihakemuksen käsittelee Rovakaaren ympäristöterveydenhuolto.

Conditions
Jotta riskinarviointi on hyväksyttävissä, se pitää olla tehty WSP-periaatteen mukaisesti, ja sen pitää kattaa koko talousveden tuotantoketju (raakavesi, raakaveden muodostumisalue tai valuma-alue, vedenottamot, vedenkäsittely, vedenjakeluverkosto ja veden varastointi).
Riskinarvioinnin hyväksymistä varten talousvettä toimittavan laitoksen on esitettävä kunnan terveydensuojeluviranomaiselle vähintään:
1) riskinarvioinnissa ja riskienhallinnassa käytetty menetelmä;
2) selvitys, miten vedenottamon suoja-aluemääräykset, pohjavesialueen suojelusuunnitelma ja raakaveden lähteenä käytettävien vesimuodostumien ominaispiirteiden ja tilan seurannan tulokset on otettu huomioon riskinarvioinnissa;
3) riskinarviointiin ja riskienhallintatoimenpiteiden määrittelyyn osallistuneen työryhmän kokoonpano;
4) luettelo tunnistetuista riskeistä, joista voi aiheutua vedenjakelualueella jaettavan talousveden saastumista;
5) luettelo laitoksen käytössä olevista riskienhallintatoimenpiteistä riskien poistamiseksi tai vähentämiseksi;
6) seurantaohjelma riskienhallintatoimenpiteiden toimivuuden varmistamiseksi;
7) tarvittaessa toimenpideohjelma uusien riskinhallintatoimenpiteiden käyttöönottamiseksi;
8) yhteenveto riskinarvioinnin suorittamisesta ja sen tuloksista vedenkäyttäjien tiedottamista varten.

Description
The municipality of Sipoo has the right to relocate vehicles on municipality property when:
* the vehicle has been parked on the road in violation of applicable rules,
* the parked vehicle causes an obstruction that impedes road maintenance, reparation or construction,
* the vehicle has been abandoned.
The municipality has the right to move cars and other vehicles left on private land or on public areas. The vehicles are relocated on the property owner’s or occupier’s duly justified request. In these cases, the owner/occupier of the land area must fill in a form to request relocation of an abandoned vehicle from private land. The person requesting relocation is responsible for paying the relocation fee, which the municipality takes out according to an applicable service rate.
How to use it
Decisions on relocation of vehicles:
* Vehicles relocated to the store area must be redeemed and removed within one (1) month from the notice of relocation, or public notice. Failing to do so, or if it on some other grounds is evident that the owners have abandoned their right to the vehicle, the vehicle becomes municipal property.
* The vehicle owner is considered to have been informed of the relocation either on the date of the acknowledgment of receipt/signing of decision, or, when the owner is not known or can not be reached, seven days from the date when the public notice was published on the municipality noticeboard.
* Persons dissatisfied with the notice of relocation have the right to submit an appeal against it in writing within 30 days from the date of receipt of service.

You need a certificate of approval issued by the Finnish Food Agency for your animal transport vehicles for commercial animal transport lasting more than 8 hours.
The commercial animal transport is part of a commercial activity or its objective is a direct or indirect financial gain.
The transport may be classified as commercial even if the financial gain associated with the transport or the financial gain set as the objective is directed at someone other than the animal transporter, for example the owner of the animals who themselves do not transport the animals.
How to use it
The applications for a certificate of approval for animal transport vehicles must be submitted using the application form for animal transporter authorisations.
Send the application for the animal transporter authorisation to the registry of the Finnish Food Agency electronically or by post, accompanied by the form 'Documentation for the vehicle used for transporting animals for more than 8 hours'.
If you already have a valid animal transporter authorisation for which you want to add a new approved vehicle, please send an application for changes to an animal transporter authorisation to the Finnish Food Agency.
Agree on the inspection of the vehicle with the official veterinarian. Bring all equipment used in the transport to the inspection. Make sure that all equipment and tools are in working order.
Conditions
Finnish Food Agency issues a certificate of approval when the vehicle meets the legal requirements for transports lasting more than 8 hours. The official veterinarian inspects the vehicle before the certificate of approval is issued.

Recommission your decommissioned vehicle, motorcycle or other vehicle before taking it on the road again.
You can use your vehicle again when:
* You have commissioned it
* The periodic inspection of the vehicle is valid
* The motor vehicle liability insurance is valid
* The registration plates are attached
* Any overdue vehicle tax has been paid.
The commissioning is valid until further notice, but it cannot be done in advance, retrospectively or for a limited period.
If you recommission a vehicle that you have decommissioned, you will have to pay vehicle tax in any case. Even if you only used the vehicle for a short period and then decommissioned it, the vehicle tax is at least EUR 10.
How to use it
Make the notification of commissioning in Traficom's My e-Services. The commissioning takes effect immediately after the notification.
If you cannot perform a commissioning electronically, you can contact your insurance company or an inspection station that offers registration services. If necessary, you can also use the e-service provided by your own insurance company.

The decommissioning is valid until further notice, and it cannot be done in advance, retrospectively or for a limited period. You do not need to return the registration plates when you decommission a vehicle.
If you intend to never use a vehicle again, perform a final deregistration. For final deregistration, you can deliver your vehicle free of charge to an authorised collection facility for end-of-life vehicles operated by Suomen Autokierrätys Oy.

Motor vehicles shall be inspected according to the provisions laid down in the Vehicles Act. Vehicle inspection sites carrying out periodical, surveillance, modification, and coupling inspections of vehicles must be granted a licence to practice the profession. Vehicle inspection sites also give citizens advice on matters related to vehicle inspections.
Provision of vehicle inspection services, or roadworthiness testing, is subject to a licence. The licence may be granted by the type of roadworthiness test to cover one or more types of licence as follows: periodical and surveillance inspections of light vehicles; periodical, surveillance, registration, modification, and coupling inspections of light vehicles; periodical and surveillance inspections of heavy vehicles; and periodical, surveillance, registration, modification, and coupling inspections of heavy vehicles. Traficom grants licences for vehicle inspections, monitors inspection operations, and handles claims for rectification of inspection decisions
How to use it
To apply for the licence, write a free-form application with the following attachments:
* a trade register extract and an account of ownership (applicable only to companies and partnerships)
* a notification of the location at which the operations will take place (street address)
* an account of how the applicant will ensure a sufficiently high standard of operations and equal treatment of customers, and a certificate of a certification schedule for a quality management system issued by an accredited certification body
* a notification of the person responsible for roadworthiness testing (name and personal identity code)
* an account of how the applicant intends to implement the connections to the Register of Vehicles and how the applicant will attend to appropriate data protection
* an account of how the premises, equipment as well as personnel and other persons fulfil the requirements for the services indicated in the application
* an insurance company's certificate of liability insurance cover taken out for vehicle inspection operations
* an account of how the applicant or, in the case of applicants operating in a company form, those in a decision-making position comply with the reliability requirement stipulated in Section 9 of the Vehicle Inspections Act
* when applying for an operating licence for carrying out registration, modification, and coupling inspections, an account showing that the applicant or, in the case of applicants operating in a company form, those in a decision-making position are independent of other commercial operators within the vehicle trade in accordance with Section 11 of the Vehicle Inspections Act.

Conditions
* The applicant must have the right to carry out business operations in Finland.
* The applicant must not be bankrupt, and if the applicant is a natural person, they must be aged 18 or over and their legal competence must not have been restricted.
* The applicant must be reliable as per the stipulations of Section 9 of the Vehicle Inspections Act.
* The applicant must be able to ensure a sufficiently high standard of vehicle inspection operations, and the applicant's quality management system must comply with the requirements of standard SFS-EN ISO 9001:2008 or a more recent standard. The system must be extensive enough and take into consideration the requirements and regulations governing vehicle inspection operations. The quality management system must be certified by an accredited certification body within six months of being granted the licence to operate.
* The applicant must employ a competent, reliable person aged over 18 to be responsible for vehicle inspection operations. This person must not be bankrupt and their legal competence must not have been restricted.
* The vehicle inspectors employed by the applicant must be reliable and competent, and they must be licensed to drive the vehicle types they are licensed to inspect.
* The applicant must have premises, inspection equipment, and instruments in accordance with the regulations issued by Trafi.
* The applicant must have appropriate connections to the Register of Vehicles, and the applicant must be equipped to manage appropriate data protection.
* The applicant must take out liability insurance, with the insured amount assessed in accordance with the quality and scope of vehicle inspection operations, taking into consideration the possibility of having to pay compensation for damages caused to vehicles as a result of inspections, and corresponding to the ordinary insurance practice in the field.
When applying for a licence for periodical and surveillance inspections, the activities of the applicant must be organised in such a manner that the applicant's other vehicle-related activities (such as repair or service of vehicles) do not influence the results of vehicle inspections. Granting an operating licence for registration, modification, and coupling inspections is subject to the applicant being independent of other commercial vehicle business activities, in accordance with Section 11 of the Vehicle Inspections Act.

A vehicle mortgage enables the mortgaging of specific vehicles as security for repayment of a debt. Entrepreneurs and companies can use a vehicle as mortgage-backed security.
Traficom registers mortgages. Traficom also ensures that the agreement has been drawn up in accordance with current legislation and regulations and that the interests of all parties are safeguarded.
How to use it
Using the PDF forms, you can apply for a 10-year mortgage, or renew or cancel a mortgage. In addition, a vehicle can be registered in the mortgage register, if its properties are such that it cannot be registered for traffic use. A mortgage inspection for a vehicle is performed at an inspection office, which will issue a certificate of mortgage registration.
Once completed, the forms related to the mortgage can be delivered along with necessary appendices to the Finnish Transport Safety Agency Trafi, Vehicle mortgages, P.O. Box 9, 96101 Rovaniemi.
Conditions
* Passenger cars (M1) and vans (N1) cannot be mortgaged.
* The registration of a mortgage on a vehicle for several bonds may be applied for at once.
* A mortgaged vehicle cannot be decommissioned and taken abroad or to Åland, nor permanently deregistered without cancelling the mortgage.
* Information on whether there is a mortgage on a particular vehicle can be obtained by submitting an enquiry to the Vehicular and Driver Data Register. Detailed information on encumbrances on a vehicle may be obtained by ordering a certificate of mortgages for a fee from the agency handling vehicle mortgage information.
* The date of the mortgage issue is the date the mortgage application is processed by Traficom.
* Vehicle is registered in the mortgage register only if it is mortgaged at the same time.
