About this service
Description
The exercises can be adapted to different fitness levels and physical abilities. The Group is one of the groups in My Ristinummi -project. My Ristinummi is an ESF+ (European Social Fund Plus) funded project aimed at promoting and strengthening inclusion, non-discrimination, and the well-being of the local community in the Ristinummi area.
