Imetysneuvolasta saa tukea matalalla kynnyksellä erilaisissa imetyshaasteissa. Tukea voit saada esimerkiksi vauvan imuotehaasteissa, rintakumin vierotuksessa, maidon riittävyyden haasteissa sekä rintojen hoidossa. Palvelua voit saada aina raskausajasta imetyksen loppumiseen saakka joko neuvolan vastaanotoilla, kotikäynneillä tai puhelimitse. Imetysohjausta antavat neuvoloiden imetyskouluttajat.

Description

Kouluterveydenhuolto on tarkoitettu peruskoulun oppilaille ja heidän perheilleen. Kouluterveydenhuollossa terveydenhoitaja seuraa kasvuasi ja kehitystäsi. Voit hakeutua terveydenhoitajan vastaanotolle omasta, huoltajan tai opettajan pyynnöstä, jos jokin huolettaa. Terveydenhoitajan kanssa voit keskustella terveyteesi liittyvistä asioista. Terveystarkastuksissa arvioidaan lapsen ja nuoren hyvinvointia ja terveydentilaa sekä annetaan kansallisen rokotusohjelman mukaiset rokotukset. Lisäksi terveystarkastuksiin sisältyy yksilöllistä terveysneuvontaa. Kouluterveydenhuolto tekee yhteistyötä sinun, vanhempiesi, koulun henkilökunnan ja muun oppilashuollon henkilöstön kanssa. Sen tavoitteena on luoda kaikille terveellinen ja turvallinen työ- ja oppimisympäristö. Opiskeluterveydenhuolto on tarkoitettu toisen asteen (lukio, ammatillinen oppilaitos) opiskelijoille. Opiskeluterveydenhuollossa edistetään terveyttäsi ja opiskelukykyäsi. Siellä tarjotaan terveydenhoidon sekä kiireettömän sairaanhoidon palveluita. Opiskeluterveydenhuollossa annetaan kansallisen rokotusohjelman mukaiset rokotukset. Opiskeluterveydenhuollossa pyritään tunnistamaan varhain mahdollinen tuen tai tutkimusten tarve, ja sinut ohjataan tarvittaessa jatkotutkimuksiin ja -hoitoon. Lisäksi opiskeluterveydenhuolto edistää opiskeluympäristön terveellisyyttä ja turvallisuutta sekä opiskeluyhteisön hyvinvointia. Opiskeluterveydenhuollon peruuttamattomista käynneistä peritään maksu 18 vuotta täyttäneiltä. Osa lääkärin vastaanotoista on maksullisia.

Ota yhteyttä oman koulusi tai oppilaitoksesi terveydenhoitajaan joko puhelimitse tai Wilma-viestillä. Voit myös itse hakeutua terveydenhoitajan vastaanotolle koulu- tai oppilaitoskohtaisesti sovittuina aikoina. Koululääkärin vastaanotolle ohjaudutaan terveydenhoitajan kautta. Sähköinen ajanvaraus on rajoitetusti käytössä.
