Description

Joint procurement training is labour market training that the employment authority can organise together with the employer, the commissioner of the person intending to become an entrepreneur or the company transferring its business rights so that they participate in the funding of the training. As an employer, you can organise labour market training to increase the professional competence and capabilities of current or future personnel. You can arrange joint procurement training when the training is targeted at employees in your service or temporary agency workers, persons hired for your service or persons laid off or dismissed from your service. Joint procurement training may also be aimed at you as an entrepreneur when you are starting a business.

How to use it

Contact the employment services in Espoo. Prepare a proposal for joint procurement training. If possible, use the online form. If it is not possible for you to submit the electronic form, fill in the printable form “Employer’s proposal for joint procurement training (Espoo_607)” and send the form to the employment authority of your region. The handler of your proposal will contact you to assess training needs and draw up a preliminary training plan.

Conditions

The employment authority will investigate whether the prerequisites for the training are met and whether there is a need for training. The organisation of joint procurement training requires that the company contributes to the costs of the training. The employer’s and the employment authority’s contributions to the total price of the training depend on who the training is intended for. If the joint procurement training is intended for employees or temporary agency workers employed by the employer or temporary agency workers whose purpose is to continue working for the employer, the contributions from the total price of the training, excluding VAT, are determined on the basis of the number of employees employed by the employer and the employer’s annual turnover or balance sheet. Joint procurement training is not to be used for the financing of regular orientation and personnel training for which the employer is the cost bearer or of training that employers must organise in order to comply with the national training standards. If you intend to become an entrepreneur, you can organise joint procurement training to increase your entrepreneurial capabilities if you have few commissioners as an entrepreneur or if you intend to acquire entrepreneurship rights from another company.

Kaivulupa tarvitaan, kun katualueella kaivetaan. Johtojen ja rakenteiden (esim. sähkö-, vesi- ja kaukolämpöjohtojen sekä routasuojan) sijoittaminen yleiselle alueelle tai katualueelle vaatii lisäksi sijoitusluvan, poikkeuksena pienemmät liitostyöt (alle 20 m). Lupa tarvitaan katualueille rakennettaviin tonttijohtoliittymiin, kun johdon pituus ylittää 20 m tai liittymässä on kaivoja. Olemassa olevien luvallisten johtojen ja rakenteiden korjaustöille riittää ilmoitus työskentelystä yleisellä alueella. Sijoituslupaa voit hakea sähköisesti. Mikäli sijoituslupaa tarvitaan, haetaan kaivulupa vasta hyväksytyn sijoitusluvan jälkeen. Ennen kaivuluvan hakemista on selvitettävä: 1. Edellyttääkö kaivaminen sijoitusluvan hakemista 2. Edellyttääkö kaivaminen erillisen tilapäisen liikennejärjestelyluvan hakemista eli aiheuttaako kaivaminen merkittävää haittaa liikenteelle (kaistan sulkeminen, kiertotien järjestäminen yms.). 3. Onko tarvetta vuokrata yleisiä alueita työmaa- tai pysäköintikäyttöön (aitauslupa). 4. Ennen kaivulupahakemusta täytyy hakea johtokarttoja johtotietopalvelusta. Hae kaikki sijoitus- ja kaivuluvat eLupapalvelun kautta. Kaivulupahakemuksessa on oltava työn alkamis- ja päättymispäivä yleisellä alueella sekä päätöksen hakijan (=kiinteistön omistaja tai kaapelin omistaja), hakijan yhteyshenkilön, työn suorittajan (kaivajan), suorittajan yhteyshenkilön, työstä vastaavan ja maksajan täydelliset yhteystiedot. Jos luvan hakija on muu kuin työn teettäjä, tarvitaan luvan hakuun valtakirja työn teettäjältä. Ohjeet kaivuluvan hakemiseen. Ennen alkukatselmusta töitä ei saa aloittaa Lupapäätös lähetetään asiakkaalle eLupapalvelun kautta alkukatselmusohjeistuksineen.Luvassa on kerrottu yhteystiedot alkukatselmusajan tilaamiseen. Mikäli kaivetaan/ työskennellään useammassa kohtaa yleistä aluetta, kaikki yleisellä alueella tapahtuvat kaivukohdat on ilmoitettava. Muut ehdot Tilapäisen liikennejärjestelysuunnitelman tekeminen sekä suunnitelman mukaisten liikennemerkkien hankkiminen kuuluvat luvan hakijalle. Luvattomasta työstä yleisellä alueella voidaan periä maksut kaksinkertaisina sekä laskuttaa ylimääräiset tarkastuskäynnit. Koto-Espoo is a service provided by the City of Espoo for immigrants. We help Espoo residents who are outside the workforce. This means people who are not working or have not registered as job seekers with employment services. You can contact us, for example, if you are looking after your children at home. Or you are over 65 years old and have lived in Finland for less than three years. We offer individual guidance and counselling on issues such as: - language studies - career plans, education and employment - early childhood education and family services - leisure services - other services. Together with our partners, we also organise various group activities, such as Finnish language courses, civic orientation courses (Welcome to Finland courses) and family clubs. Our activities are free of charge. Our courses offer childcare. You can contact us by phone or email or by booking an appointment. Our service locations are in Matinkylä and Espoon keskus. Labour market training develops your professional skills and promotes your employment. Labour market training is training acquired by the Employment services. The labour authority and the educational institution providing the training plan and organise the training together. Employers can also participate in the organisation of labour market training. Labour market training may be: - training that increases professional competence and capabilities - training to increase entrepreneurial skills - integration training. Labour market training is free of charge, so you won’t need to pay participation or examination fees. However, card and licence trainings may be subject to a fee. If you are unemployed, you are entitled to the same unemployment security during labour market training that you get when you are unemployed. If you have agreed to labour market training in your employment plan or another plan replacing it, your unemployment security can be increased. This will be decided by the party paying the unemployment security – that is, by the unemployment fund or Kela. If the costs of participating in the training are incurred, you can receive expense allowance for the days of participation. If you do not receive expense allowance from the party paying the unemployment benefit, that is, the unemployment fund or Kela, you can apply for discretionary expense allowance from the Employment services in Espoo.

How to use it

You can find which labour market training is currently available in the Current labour market trainings online service. How do I apply for training? Apply for labour market training in the Job Market Finland’s E-services. If you are unable to apply online, you apply by filling in the form “Application for labour market training”. Before submitting your application, carefully read the admission criteria of the training programme you are interested in. If you are an unemployed jobseeker, you can apply for reimbursement of travel and accommodation expenses from the Employment services when you travel for an admission event or aptitude test for labour market training, or visit the educational institution before starting labour market training if your disability or illness requires familiarisation with the accessibility and suitability of the educational institution.

Conditions

You can be selected for labour market training if - you have finished your compulsory education - the Employment services has stated that you need training - you are suitable for the training you are applying for and for the tasks for which the training provides skills. If you are under the age of 20, you can only be selected for labour market training if it is not possible or appropriate to take on independent studies. The Employment services organising the training decides on the selection of students. The Employment services will ensure that you meet the admission requirements for training. Interviews and applicable test methods can be used in student selection. The Employment services will give you a written decision on the outcome of the selection.

Deviating from the regulations of the valid town plan is subject to a deviation permit, which must be obtained before applying for a building permit. A slight deviation to be resolved in connection with the building permission procedure is defined by the building inspection authority. Sometimes deviating from the regulations of the town plan requires changing the town plan. Before submitting an application for deviating from the town plan, contact the town plan designer/engineer of the planning area at the City Planning Department or the Building Control permit drafter. In Espoo, all areas that are not covered by the town plan are considered areas requiring planning. Construction work in these areas is subject to a separate decision and/or deviation permit, which must be obtained before applying for a building permit. Deviating from the rules, regulations, prohibitions and other restrictions stipulated in the Land Use and Building Act or adopted thereunder (for example, the regulations of the building code) is subject to a deviation permit. As a rule, the city’s permission, resolved in the City Planning Department, is required for dividing or splitting a property outside the town plan that is designated as a construction site. If the property is located in the town plan area, the parcelling of a plot is carried out, after the preparation of binding subdivision, by the Espoo Public Works Department city survey, from which the parcelling is applied for with a cadastral procedure application.

They offer newspapers, magazines, books, music, films and other materials that you can enjoy at the library or borrow and take home with you. Libraries have spaces where you can study, take part in recreational activities or just spend some time. Libraries also provide information and guidance services and arrange events and exhibitions. The Espoo City Library cooperates with the neighbouring municipalities (Helsinki, Kauniainen and Vantaa), and together they form the Helmet Library.
