Description
As an employer, you can receive a subsidy for arranging working conditions from Helsinki Employment Services if the disability or illness of a person to be hired or a person already in your employ requires you to make changes to working conditions: new tools or furniture, alteration work at the workplace or assistance from another employee. The subsidy improves the chances of partially disabled people to find suitable employment or to keep their job in the open labour market. We provide employers and companies with advice on the recruitment of new employees, financial support, employee training, change situations and other services. The subsidy for arranging working conditions is discretionary. Helsinki Employment Service assesses the appropriateness of the subsidy. The assessment will take into account your employee’s needs and the financial position of your organisation. You must deliversufficient information for the assessment of the need for the subsidy.
