Liitimen luettelointia ja tunnusta tulee hakea Suomeen maahantuotaville liitimille. Tämän lisäksi aiemmin Suomen ilmailuliiton (SIL ry) antaman tunnuksen saaneille tulee hakea Traficomin vahvistama luettelointi- ja tunnuspäätös. Liitimen luettelointi- ja tunnuspäätös on maksullinen toimenpide. Liitimen tunnus muodostuu liidinryhmää merkitsevästä kirjaimesta A, B tai C ja siihen liitetystä juoksevasta numerosta. Jos liitimen kansallisuuden ilmoittamiseksi tarvitaan kansallisuustunnusta (kuten esimerkiksi radiokutsussa tai radioluvassa), käytetään radiopuhelinliikenteessä ja tarvittavissa asiakirjoissa luettelotunnuksen edessä Suomen kansallisuustunnusta OH. Kansallisuustunnusta ei merkitä liitimeen eikä liidinluetteloon. Liidintä koskevista omistusoikeuden muutoksista ei tarvitse tehdä ilmoitusta.

Description

Crew members’ medical fitness to serve at sea is ensured with a medical certificate issued by a medical examiner of seafarers. As a rule, the medical certificate is valid for two years from its date of issue. In exceptional cases, the certificate’s period of validity may be restricted, for instance, because of an illness. Medical certificates issued to seafarers under 18 years of age are valid for one year. Medical certificates on colour vision are valid for six years.

How to use it

When first entering the industry, crew members must undergo a ‘pre-sea examination’. For international voyages, the pre-sea examination must take place at a health centre for seafarers. Provisions on health centres for seafarers are laid down in the Health Care Act (1326/2010). Under section 19 of the Act, health care services for seafarers must be provided in the following cities and municipalities: Helsinki, Hamina, Kemi, Kotka, Oulu, Jakobstad/Pietarsaari, Pori, Rauma, Savonlinna, Turku and Vaasa. Pre-sea examinations for domestic voyages and periodic examinations for domestic and international voyages must be performed by a medical examiner of seafarers but they do not have to take place at a health centre for seafarers. Anyone working on a Finnish vessel must have a certificate from an approved medical examiner on their medical fitness to serve at sea.

Description

You can submit notification for data intermediation service provider. Service providers can request confirmation of their submission of the notification when submitting it. Traficom will provide the confirmation in the form of a separate email message within one week of the submission of the notification. You can also ask Traficom to confirm whether the company for which you submitted the notification meets the requirements set for data intermediation services. Companies that receive confirmation of this from Traficom may use the label ‘recognised data intermediation service’ and a common logo. Traficom will relay the information provided in notifications to the European Commission, which maintains a register of all data intermediation services providers.

Description

A company can notify Traficom of its invoicing address for My e-Services invoices. Companies can receive electronic invoices for the chargeable services they use in My e-Services by adding an e-invoicing address to the company information. An e-invoicing address can be added for one or several different branches. If an e-invoicing address is added only for one branch, only one e-invoice is sent to the company. This invoice contains all chargeable services provided during the month, including all charges for different branches. An invoicing charge is added to the invoice. If e-invoicing addresses are added for several branches, the company users may select the branch to which the charge will be applied. An electronic invoice is sent every month to each branch that has made use of chargeable services. A separate invoicing charge is added to each invoice. When using electronic invoicing, online banking and credit cards may also still be used as payment methods.

You can notify or remove a person in charge of the use of company cars in My e-Services. A company must register a person in charge of use in the Transport Register if there is no natural person registered as the holder of a company car. The information on the person in charge of use is required for automatic traffic surveillance. Notifications of persons in charge of use are made on a company-specific basis. This means that there can only be one person in charge of use for each business ID. There is no need to give notification of a person in charge of use for a private trader.

How to use it

Notify or remove a person in charge of the use of company cars in Traficom's My e-Services. A new notification of a person in charge of use replaces any earlier notification.
