How to use it
Jos toiminta perustuu valtion viranomaisen antamaan lupaan, ilmoitus tulee tehdä luvan myöntäneelle viranomaiselle. Muussa tapauksessa ilmoitus tulee tehdä kunnan ympäristöviranomaiselle. Ilmoitusvelvollisuus koskee myös tilanteita, joihin ei ole tarvittu lupaa.Jos poikkeuksellisesta tilanteesta aiheutuu äkillistä vaaraa väestölle, asiasta on ilmoitettava viipymättä hätäkeskukseen. Sen jälkeen, kun ilmoitus poikkeuksellisesta toiminnasta on tehty, ilmoituksen tekijän tulee varautua nopeaan yhteistyöhön viranomaisen kanssa tilanteen saamiseksi hallintaan.Ilmoitus tehdään Lupapiste- palvelussa.

About this service
Description
The employment services of Kirkkonummi, Vihti and Siuntio may grant financial support
• to an organisation that employs an unemployed young person under the age of 30 for 3-6 months.
• The employment may be either an employment contract or
an apprenticeship. However, for apprenticeships it is primarily recommended to apply for wage subsidy instead.
• The employment can be either full-time or part-time.
The employer may hire a young person under the age of 30 using the employment voucher if the young person:
• is unemployed at the time of the signing of the employment contract.
• is a resident of Kirkkonummi, Vihti or Siuntio and has registered as an unemployed jobseeker with the employment services.
The employment authority reimburses the employer for 50% of the wage costs incurred from employing the young person for a period of six months, up to a maximum of EUR 1,500 per month. The support does not cover, for example, employer’s social security contributions or holiday bonuses.
