Description

Asemakaava-alueella annetaan kaavan vahvistuttua uusille tonteille ohjeelliset osoitenumerot. Sipoossa on käytössä 10-järjestelmä, jossa rakennuksen etäisyyden metrimäärästä tien alkupisteeseen otetaan pois viimeinen numero. Haja-asutusalueen tiet nimetään hakemuksesta. Nimeämisen edellytyksenä on kaksi asuttua kiinteistöä tien varrella.

Lapselle laaditaan HOJKS esiopetuksen alkaessa. Lapsella on oppivelvollisuuden alkamista edeltävänä vuonna oikeus saada esiopetusta. Pidennetyn oppivelvollisuuden piirissä olevalla lapsella tämä oikeus alkaa sen vuoden syyslukukauden alussa, jolloin lapsi täyttää viisi vuotta. Päätös oppivelvollisuuden pidentämisestä tarvitaan ennen esiopetuksen alkua, jotta oikeus siihen voi toteutua. Pidennetystä oppivelvollisuudesta voi lukea enemmän Sipoon kunnan perusopetuksen Oppimisen ja koulunkäynnin tuen käsikirja (KOPO käsikirja).

How to use it

Lapsen huoltaja voi hakea pidennettyä oppivelvollisuutta Oma asiointi -palvelun kautta. Valitse "Koulutus" ja sieltä "Hakemus oikeudesta pidennettyyn oppivelvollisuuteen". Hakemuksen tulee sisältää asiantuntijalausunto, kuten psykologin tai lääkärin lausunto. Hakemus käsitellään moniammatillisessa varhaiskasvatuksen VEK-ryhmässä, jossa on lisäksi mukana johtava koulupsykologi. Ryhmä kuulee lapsen huoltajaa/huoltajia ja tekee pedagogisen selvityksen. Päätöksentekoa varten työryhmä laatii esityksen Koulutuspalveluiden KOPOplus-ryhmälle. Päätöksen pidennetystä oppivelvollisuudesta tekee opetuspäällikkö.

We want your entire family to have a nice time outdoors. * All municipal inhabitants may use the playgrounds free of charge. Additionally, playgrounds at school and daycare yards may be used for play and exercise out of school hours. * Playgrounds are not maintained, for example snow is not plowed, during the winter. Pohjavettä on lähes kaikkialla ja merkittävimmät pohjavesimuodostumat sijaitsevat sora- ja hiekkamuodostumissa. Pohjavesialueita on noin 5000, joista noin 400 on määritelty riskialueiksi. Sipoon alueella on yhteensä 12 kpl luokiteltuja pohjavesialueita (tiedot päivitetty 2026). Sipoon kunnan alueella olevien 12 pohjavesialueen yhteenlaskettu arvioitu pohjaveden muodostumismäärä on n. 8300 m3/d. Pohjavesialueiden kokonaispinta-alaksi on arvioitu n. 32,04 km² ja muodostumisalueiden pinta-alaksi on arvioitu 2,45 km². Sipoon alueelle on tehty Sipoon kunnan pohjavesialueiden suojelusuunnitelma, joka on valmistunut 9.1.2009. Vesi.fi -sivuston karttapalvelun avulla voit tarkastella pohjavesialueita tarkemmin.

Rakennusvalvonta määrittelee, milloin kyseessä on vähäinen poikkeaminen.
