Description

Targeted training is vocational training tailored to the needs of the company, which is also suitable for temporary layoff situations. It is an option for training current staff when changes occur in the company in the company when there are changes that require updating the professional skills of the entrepreneur and employees. These changes can be either technological or business-related, significantly impacting the content of the entrepreneur’s or staff’s work tasks. Targeted training is particularly suitable for the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. The company submits a proposal for the training to the employment authority. The training is procured from either a private or public training organization. The company and the employment authority share the cost of the training.

Description

The Adult Education Centre of the Tampere Region offers over 2,000 courses annually in the Tampere and Ylöjärvi areas as well as online. All individuals are welcome to participate, regardless of their municipality of residence. Courses are divided into five subject areas: knowledge, health promotion, handicrafts, arts and languages. The Adult Education Centre of the Tampere Region also offers courses where the language of instruction is English. In addition to courses, the centre organizes free public lectures and a variety of events. Course opportunities are available for people of all ages, from infants, children, and youth to adults and seniors. Course durations range from one-day sessions to full academic year programs. The centre also provides basic education in the arts, including visual arts, literary art, theatre art, and handicrafts. Visual arts education is offered at the Sara Hildén Academy, which also provides open courses for everyone. Viita Academy is the centre’s creative writing program designed for adults aged 18 and over.

How to use it

Courses are published each semester on the Adult Education Centre of the Tampere Region website. Course publication and registration dates are announced on the website and through other communication channels. Public lectures are free of charge and open to everyone. No prior registration is required. Some lectures are also available as live streams on the centre’s YouTube channel. Course fees can be paid during registration on the course website or later via the “My registrations” section or through a payment link before the course begins. If you register by phone or at the office, a payment link will be sent to your email. This link must be used before the course starts. Once the course has begun, the payment link will be closed. If payment is made after the course start date, a paper invoice will be sent, including an invoicing fee. You may use sports and culture benefits to pay for physical activity courses as well as courses in handicrafts and arts. You can find detailed payment instructions and information about discounts on the website. Basic education in the arts and the Viita Academy (creative writing program) require separate applications. Application details are announced on the website and through other communication channels.

Description

The Adult Education Centre of the Tampere Region offers basic education in the arts for both children and youth as well as adults. Basic education in the arts is long-term, extracurricular instruction in various art disciplines that progresses from one level to the next. Applications for the program are held in May. ### Visual arts basic studies for children and youth The visual arts basic studies are intended for children and youth aged 7–14 and last six years. The total scope of the basic studies is 800 hours. Groups meet once a week. The scope of advanced studies is 500 hours. The studies include optional workshops each semester. During or at the end of the advanced studies, the student completes a final project and a related portfolio in a chosen area of visual arts, usually at the age of 18. Visual arts education is organized in Tampere at the Sara Hildén Academy. ### Visual arts basic studies for adults The extensive syllabus of visual arts basic studies for adults consists of basic studies (800 hours, about 4 years) and advanced studies (500 hours, about 2 years). The studies are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. The program includes classroom instruction and independent work by the student. Classes are held on Friday evenings in Tampere at the Sara Hildén Academy, and there are also 4–5 study weekends per academic year. ### Literary art basic education for children and youth Literary art basic education is provided for children and youth according to the general syllabus. The studies are intended for individuals aged 8–18 who speak Finnish as their native language or at a native level. Once the studies have begun, the student has the right to complete the entire syllabus until the age of 18. Instruction is provided in Tampere. ### Theatre art basic education for children and youth Theatre art basic education is provided for children and youth according to the general syllabus, and is intended for individuals aged 9–17. The common studies in theatre art last five academic years, with 2–3 lessons per week. The thematic studies last two academic years, with three lessons per week. Instruction is provided in Tampere. ### Handicrafts basic education for adults Handicrafts basic education is provided for adults according to the extensive syllabus. The studies consist of basic studies lasting approximately four years and advanced studies lasting approximately 2.5 years. Instruction is primarily provided in Ylöjärvi. Studies in Tampere are also possible.

The Summer Entrepreneurship Voucher is a €350 voucher intended for young people from Tampere born between 2005 and 2011. The voucher encourages youth to try entrepreneurship during the summer.

How to use it

You can apply for the Summer Entrepreneurship Voucher from 14 April to 15 May 2026. The application form can be found on the City of Tampere’s updated Summer job campaign pages (tampere.fi). Select the section Oma kesäduuni yrittäjänä (“My Summer Job as an Entrepreneur”). In the form, you describe your plans for your summer entrepreneurship project. Summer entrepreneurs are required to participate in one start-up training session, which will be held on 22 April 2026 and 4 May 2026, as well as in the Kick-off event on 2 June 2026.The application form for the summer entrepreneurship voucher can be found on the updated Summer job campaign pages of the City of Tampere website (tampere.fi). Select the section "Summer Job as an Entrepreneur.” In the application form, describe your plans for the summer entrepreneurship trial.

Conditions

You are a young resident of Tampere born between 2005 and 2011. The voucher can be granted for business activities founded after the previous application period or for new business activity that is less than one year old. The voucher is applied for personally, even if the business is a team effort. You participate in one start-up training session for summer entrepreneurs. You participate in the Kick-off event. You complete the application form and submit all requested additional information according to the given schedule. You are at least 15 and at most 21 years old. Additionally, the voucher can only be applied for business activity that is less than one year old.

Tilusvaihto on kiinteistötoimitus, jolla vaihdetaan alueita kiinteistöjen kesken. Vapaaehtoinen tilusvaihto perustuu tilusvaihtosopimukseen. Tilusvaihto voidaan tehdä erillisenä toimituksena tai muun kiinteistötoimituksen yhteydessä. Kiinteistöön on voinut syntyä hankalia kiiloja tai kapeita alueita, joita ei pysty hyödyntämään. Kiinteistön käyttöä voi parantaa tilusvaihdolla. Tilusvaihdon edellytyksenä sitovan tonttijaon asemakaava-alueella on tonttijaon muutos vastaamaan tilusvaihdolla muodostettavia kiinteistöjä. Kun tonttijaon muutos on tehty, voidaan hakea tilusvaihtoa. Tilusvaihdon tarkoituksena on parantaa kiinteistöjaotusta. Se tehdään kahden tai useamman kiinteistön välillä. Tiluksia voidaan vaihtaa myös määräalan tai yhteisen alueen kanssa. Kiinteistöjen omistajat tekevät maa-alueiden vaihdosta tilusvaihtosopimuksen. Vaihdettavien alueiden tulee olla suunnilleen samanarvoisia, mutta omistajat voivat korvata rahalla vähäisen eron alueiden arvossa. Maanomistajien välistä sopimusta ei vahvisteta kaupanvahvistajalla. Se ole kiinteistön luovutus eikä maanomistajien tarvitse hakea lainhuutoa. Sopimus toteutetaan kiinteistötoimituksessa, jossa tehdään tarpeen mukaan uudet rajamerkit ja rajat. Jos maanomistajat ovat tehneet etukäteen sopimuksen tilusvaihdosta riittää, että toimitusta hakee yksi sopimuksen osapuoli.

How to use it

Hakemuksen voi toimittaa joko sähköisesti tai kirjeenä. Hakemukseen tarvitaan hakijan yhteystiedot, kiinteistötunnus (tai osoite) mitä hakemus koskee, minkälaista toimenpidettä haetaan (tontin lohkominen, rasitetoimitus yms.) tai mitä toimenpiteeltä tahdotaan (vapaasti kuvattuna). Hakemuksen tulee tehdä kiinteistön omistajan tai hänen valtuuttamansa henkilön. Hakemuksen liitteeksi tarvitaan mahdolliset valtakirjat, yhtiökokouksen pöytäkirjat tai muut hakemiseen oikeuttavat asiakirjat. Tontin lohkomista haetaan asemakaavoitetulla alueella Tampereen kaupungin kiinteistörekisterin pitäjältä.

Sellaisella maanomistajalla, jolla on tilaan, tonttiin tai niiden määräosaan lainhuuto, on oikeus saada tila tai tontti halkomalla jaetuksi. Jakoperusteena tontin halkomisessa on pääsääntöisesti osakkaan omistama osuus. Sitovan tonttijaon alueella tontti tai tila voidaan jakaa halkomalla, jos kiinteistöt voidaan muodostaa tonttijaon mukaisesti. Tontin halkominen on hyvä vaihtoehto asiakkaille, kun yhteisomistus halutaan purkaa ilman erillistä jakosopimusta ja kun asioista on omistajien kesken yhteinen näkemys (sovintohalkominen). Jos yhteisomistus puretaan halkomisen avulla, osapuolet eivät tee jakosopimusta eivätkä hae lainhuutoja tai kiinnitysten kohdistamista, vaan ainoa haettava toimenpide on halkominen. Halkomistoimituksen ydin on jakosuunnitelma. Sitovan tonttijaon alueella jakosuunnitelma voidaan tehdä erillisenä dokumenttina tai se voi olla osa toimituspöytäkirjaa. Jakosuunnitelmassa esitetään jakoperuste, muodostettavat kiinteistöt, kiinteistöjen osuudet yhteisiin, kohdistuvat rasitteet ja niiden käsittely, vanhat rasiteoikeudet ja mahdolliset uudet perustettavat rasitteet sekä halkomisen johdosta maksettavat korvaukset. Jakosuunnitelman esittämisen jälkeen tehdään päätös halkomisesta.

Hakemuksen voi toimittaa joko sähköisesti tai kirjeenä. Hakemukseen tarvitaan hakijan yhteystiedot, kiinteistötunnus (tai osoite) mitä hakemus koskee, minkälaista toimenpidettä haetaan (tontin halkominen, rasitetoimitus yms.) tai mitä toimenpiteeltä tahdotaan (vapaasti kuvattuna). Hakemuksen tulee tehdä kiinteistön omistajan tai hänen valtuuttamansa henkilön. Tontin lohkomistoimituksessa jaetaan maaomaisuutta muodostamalla suunnitelman (tonttijaon) mukainen tontti ja merkitään se valtakunnalliseen kiinteistörekisteriin. Tontin lohkomisen yhteydessä määritetään uusi omistusalue, sen rajat ja oikeudet. Toimituksessa tehtävät päätökset perustuvat lakeihin, toimitusinsinöörin päätöksiin, asiakkaan toiveisiin ja tehtyihin sopimuksiin. Tontin lohkomisen yhteydessä voidaan perustaa esimerkiksi kulkuoikeus tontille, vaihtaa alueita maanomistajien välillä (tilusvaihto), kohdistaa kiinnityksiä ja tehdä muita tarpeellisia toimenpiteitä tontin käytön kannalta. Kiinteistön (tontin) omistaja voi hakea omistamansa maa-alueen jakamista, eli lohkomista. Lohkomisen edellytyksenä on maanomistajan tahtotilan ilmaisevan hakemuksen toimittaminen kiinteistörekisterin pitäjälle. Kiinteistörekisterin pitäjänä toimii Tampereen asemakaavoitetulla alueella kunta ja asemakaavoitetun alueen ulkopuolella Maanmittauslaitos. Mikäli henkilö on ostanut osa-alueen kiinteistöstä, eli määräalan, joka on voimassa olevan tonttijaon mukaisen tontin muotoinen alue, käynnistyy tontin lohkominen automaattisesti määräalan saatua lainhuudon. Mikäli määräala ei ole tonttijaon mukainen, tulee ensin hakea tonttijaon muutosta (mikäli tähän on asemakaavan mukaiset edellytykset), minkä jälkeen määräala voidaan lohkoa tonttijaon mukaiseksi tontiksi.

Jos päätöksen kohteella on kiinteistörekisterissä rasitemerkintöjä, jotka ovat jo lakanneita esimerkiksi aiemmin suoritettujen yleisten alueiden muodostamistoimitusten johdosta, todetaan päätöksessä näiden lakkaaminen ja poistetaan lakannut merkintä kiinteistörekisteristä. Samassa yhteydessä voidaan myös lakkauttaa sellainen tarpeeton rasite, jonka lakkauttamisesta asianosaiset ovat tehneet sopimuksen. Laadunmuutospäätöksen yhteydessä tulevan tontin pinta-alaksi laitetaan sen todellinen rajamerkkien koordinaateista laskettu pinta-ala. Jos niin sanotun jäämätontin omistaja hakee rakennuspaikkaansa merkittäväksi kiinteistörekisteriin, voidaan tontti rekisteröidä tekemällä tunnusmuutospäätös.

Tonttijako on asemakaavaa täydentävä suunnitelma siitä, miten kortteli tulisi alueella jakaa tonteiksi. Tonttijako voidaan laatia koko kortteliin tai korttelin osaan. Tonttijako tulee laatia ennen kuin kiinteistöt voidaan jakaa esimerkiksi lohkomalla tonteiksi tai ennen kuin kiinteistöt voidaan yhdistää. Tonttijaolla suunnitellaan kiinteistöjen tuleva jaotus tonteiksi, sekä jaetaan rakennusoikeudet tonteittain, mikäli kokonaisrakennusoikeus on asemakaavassa numeroin osoitettu. Tonttijako voidaan laatia joko asemakaavan kanssa samaan aikaan tai erillisenä tonttijakona. Sekä kaavan yhteydessä että erillisenä laadittua tonttijakoa voi muuttaa uudella tonttijaolla, jos muutokselle on olemassa edellytykset. Tonttijaon muuttaminen vaaditaan esimerkiksi silloin, kun kiinteistön omistaja haluaa jakaa tonttinsa ja luovuttaa osan siitä. Tällöin tonttijako voidaan laatia, mikäli laadinnalle todetaan olevan edellytykset. Tonttijaon muutoksen edellytykset tutkitaan tapauskohtaisesti ja päätöksen tonttijaon muuttamisesta tekee kiinteistöinsinööri tai hänen määräämänsä viranhaltija. Tonttijako voidaan laatia joko kaksiulotteisena tai kolmiulotteisena ja asemakaava toimii ohjeena tonttijaon laadinnalle.

Hakemuksen liitteenä on toimitettava tupakkatuotteiden ja nikotiininesteiden vähittäismyynnin omavalvontasuunnitelma. Conditions

Vähittäismyyntiluvan myöntämisen edellytyksenä on, että - hakija on täysi-ikäinen - hakija esittää säännökset täyttävän omavalvontasuunnitelman - hakijalta ei ole viimeksi kuluneiden kahden vuoden aikana pysyvästi peruutettu tupakkalain mukaista lupaa - myyntipaikka, johon lupaa haetaan, ei sijaitse lasten ja nuorten käytössä olevassa paikassa, esimerkiksi koulussa. Tupakkatuotteiden ja nikotiininesteiden vähittäismyyntilupaa ei myönnetä, jos toiminta on selvästi tupakkalain vastaista tai jos myyntipaikka ei ole kunnan valvottavissa. Tupakkatuotteiden ja nikotiininesteiden tukkumyynti edellyttää tukkumyynti-ilmoituksen tekemistä tupakkalakia valvovalle kunnan viranomaiselle. Tupakkalain alaisia tuotteita myyvän henkilön tulee olla täyttänyt 18 vuotta. Tätä nuorempi henkilö saa kuitenkin myydä tuotteita, jos myynti tapahtuu 18 vuotta täyttäneen henkilön valvonnan alaisena. Täysi-ikäisellä henkilöllä on oltava jatkuva näköyhteys alaikäiseen myyjään. Tupakkatuotteen, nikotiininesteen, tupakan vastikkeen, tupakointivälineen ja sähkösavukkeen myynti alle 18-vuotiaalle on kiellettyä. Tupakkalain alaisia tuotteita myyvällä elinkeinonharjoittajalla on oltava omavalvontasuunnitelma myynnin ikärajan valvomiseksi. Jos elinkeinonharjoittaja on sijoittautunut johonkin toiseen Euroopan talousalueeseen kuuluvaan valtioon ja tarjoaa palveluitaan tilapäisesti Suomessa, toimintaan vaaditaan samat luvat kuin Suomeenkin sijoittautuneilta elinkeinonharjoittajilta.

Kunta perii lupahakemuksen ja ilmoituksen käsittelystä hyväksymänsä taksan mukaisen maksun. Lisäksi kunta perii vuosittain hyväksymänsä taksan mukaisen, myyntipistekohtaisen valvontamaksun. Hakemuksen ja ilmoituksen käsittelystä peritään kunnan maksutaksan mukainen maksu. Lisäksi myyntiluvan haltijalta peritään vuosittainen myyntipistekohtainen valvontamaksu.

Description

Perusopetukseen valmistava opetus on tarkoitettu tamperelaisille 7–16 -vuotiaille maahanmuuttotaustaisille oppilaille, jotka eivät puhu suomea tai joiden suomen kielen taito ei vielä ole riittävä perusopetuksen ryhmässä opiskelemiseen. Valmistavassa opetuksessa oppilas tutustuu monipuolisesti suomalaiseen kouluun. Opetuksen tavoitteena on kehittää oppilaan suomen kielen taitoa ja tarvittavia valmiuksia perusopetukseen siirtymistä varten. Oppituntien viikkotuntimäärä vaihtelee luokkatason mukaan ja opinto-ohjelmassa yksilöidyllä tavalla. Opetusta annetaan omana ryhmänä ja integraatiotunneilla perusopetuksen ryhmien mukana. Valmistavan opetuksen aikana kartoitetaan oppilaan oppimisvalmiudet ja erityistarpeet. Kun opetus päättyy, oppilaalle määritellään hänen taitojaan ja valmiuksiaan vastaava luokka-aste perusopetuksessa. Valmistava opetus kestää yleensä vuoden, mutta aika on yksilöllisesti joustava. Oppilaat siirtyvät valmistavan opetuksen jälkeen oman alueensa kouluun.

How to use it

Ilmoittautuminen tehdään omalla lomakkeella, joka löytyy Tampereen kaupungin nettisivuilta. Valmistavaa opetusta tarjoavan koulun opettaja tai rehtori on yhteydessä opetuksen alkamisesta ilmoittautumisen jälkeen. Ilmoittautumista ei voi tehdä ilman lapsen kotiosoitetta Tampereella. Esiopetusikäisille lapsille (6v.) ei järjestetä valmistavaa opetusta, vaan heidät tulee ilmoittaa esiopetukseen. Valmistavaan opetukseen voi ilmoittaa 7 - 16-vuotiaita oppilaita.

Conditions

Valmistavaan opetukseen voi osallistua lapsi tai nuori, jolla ei ole vielä riittävää suomen kielen taitoa.

How to use it

Ilta- ja vuorohoitoa haetaan varhaiskasvatushakemuksella eVaka Tampere -järjestelmän verkkopalvelussa. Ilta- ja vuorohoidon hakemukseen tulee liittää selvitys molempien samassa taloudessa asuvien huoltajien ilta- ja tai vuorotyöstä tai iltaisin tapahtuvasta tutkintoon johtavasta opiskelusta. Tarvittavat selvitykset ja liitteet lisätään sähköiselle hakemukselle. Ilta- ja vuorohoitoa järjestetään huoltajien työvuorojen mukaisesti. Myönnetty varhaiskasvatuspaikka on voimassa ilta- ja vuorohoidon tarpeen ajan.
