Jos sinulla ei ole työ- tai opiskeluterveydenhuoltoa (työnantajan tai koulun järjestämänä) ja tunnistat jonkun alla olevista tilanteista sopivan omaan tilanteeseesi, otathan yhteyttä!
- Edellisestä terveystarkastuksestasi on pitkä aika.
- Terveydentilasi huolestuttaa.
- On tarvetta arvioida työkykyäsi tai kuntoutustarvettasi.
- Saamastasi palvelusta ei ole löytynyt ratkaisua työllistymisesi edistämiseksi.
- Työllistymistilanteesi on epäselvä tai ”jumiutunut”.
- Työllistymisesi esteiden syyt eivät ole tiedossa.
Työkyvyn tuen palvelun tavoitteena on selvittää ja arvioida kanssasi työ- ja toimintakykyäsi. Yhdessä kokoamme tarvitsemasi palvelut ja pohdimme keinoja työ- ja toimintakykysi tukemiseen ja edistämiseen.
Työkyvyn tuen palvelussa terveystarkastuksen lisäksi sinulla on tilanteesi mukaan mahdollisuus saada tukea myös työkykykoordinaattorilta. Tarvittaessa tilannettasi arvioi työkykylääkärimme sekä muut sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon ammattilaiset.
