You can notify or remove a person in charge of the use of company cars in My e-Services. A company must register a person in charge of use in the Transport Register if there is no natural person registered as the holder of a company car. The information on the person in charge of use is required for automatic traffic surveillance. Notifications of persons in charge of use are made on a company-specific basis. This means that there can only be one person in charge of use for each business ID. There is no need to give notification of a person in charge of use for a private trader.

Conditions for notifying or removing a person in charge of the use of company cars * The person in charge of use must be an adult resident in Finland. * The notification must include the consent of the person named as the person in charge of use. * The person in charge of use must have information on the drivers of the car or be the primary driver of the car without being the owner or holder of the car. * The person in charge of use must have at least a category B right to drive. * A notification of the person in charge of use can be submitted by a person authorised to represent a company who has been granted the Maintenance of transport operator data and permits mandate in Suomi.fi e-Authorizations. * The service requires identification.
