Public vehicle data and tax payment

By typing in a registration number or a vehicle identification number, you can check the technical and vehicle tax data of any vehicle free of charge.

С чего начать: Please note * The primary purpose of the service is to allow consumers who are in the process of purchasing a vehicle to verify the reliability of the vehicle and owner data provided by the seller, such as whether the seller owns the vehicle in question. Any information retrieved using the service must not be used for illegal purposes or for purposes that could compromise the privacy of individuals. * The service is only available for authenticated private customers. * The number of queries is limited. * The vehicle registration data in the service go back to approximately 1989. * The taxation data does not show the name of the taxpayer. Instead, the service shows whether the taxpayer is the "nykyinen" (current), "aiempi" (previous) or "viimeisin" (most recent) taxpayer for the vehicle. * Information on taxation is available for vehicles with a valid registration number. * The ownership history contains information on one natural person as a previous owner. For others, and if the ownership has ceased more than five years ago, the history data only shows the type and period of ownership. Information on organisations as owners is always provided. * For owners, holders and those subject to notification of transfer, the only available information is their name. * Personal data will not be available if the vehicle has been deregistered for more than ten years ago or the data is subject to some other disclosure restrictions. * The historical vehicle data subject to a fee includes information on the vehicle’s ownership, inspections, insurance, deregistration or decommissioning and use. * A notification of transfer means that the registered owner of a vehicle has notified Traficom that they have sold the vehicle to someone else. * In addition to registration and vehicle identification numbers, you can search for vehicles by category. To search for a quadricycle, use the vehicle category 'motorcycle'.

Treatment at the psychiatric outpatient clinic is psychiatric specialist health care. Our treatment forms include individual and group discussions, occupational therapy and medication. You need a referral to the psychiatric outpatient clinic. Your need for special health care can be assessed, for example, by a health station doctor, occupational health doctor, student health care or Finnish Student Health Service doctor or a private psychiatrist. We always prepare a treatment plan together with the customer. The treatment plan is individual, fixed-term and goal-oriented. It can also include substance abuse services. Our services are free of charge.

Age: 18 or over Treatment can be sought via referral from a doctor or by calling the acute working group directly. The acute working group can also be contacted by a family member or a friend of the patient. The services are free of charge to the patient. Missed appointments are subject to a fee.

The National Legal Services Authority organise guardianship services for those to whom the court has ordered a public guardian to handle financial or other matters. The order can also be issued by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV) and the State Department of Åland in the Åland Islands. Public guardianship offices provide public guardianship services. The National Legal Services Authority can also procure guardianship services from outsourced service providers. The public guardian and public guardianship offices * the duties of the public guardian are determined in an order issued by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, the State Department of Åland or a court of law * public guardians and public guardianship secretaries work under liability for acts in office * public guardianship is carried out in accordance with the service promise (see "Background and legislation" below) * public guardianship is supervised by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, to which the public guardian submits an annual statement. The National Legal Services Authority provides public legal aid, public guardianship and financial and debt counselling services. Services are provided by 22 legal aid offices and 22 guardianship offices in mainland Finland and by the Legal Aid and Guardianship Office in Åland. In addition, there are 18 outsourced service providers of public guardianship. Outsourced guardians are also called public guardians and act under liability for acts in office.

If you or your family member need guardianship services, the Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV) will provide guidance on the procedures for applying for a guardian. The DVV website can be found in the right-hand column under Links. If a public guardian has already been appointed to manage your affairs, contact the guardianship office and the public guardian and/or the public guardianship secretary. Contact information for guardianship offices and outsourced services providers can be found in the right-hand column under Service locations.

Условия

Arranging guardianship services means ensuring that guardianship services, as referred to in the Guardianship Services Act, are sufficiently available regionally. The services of a public guardian are necessary if there is no private guardian available (e.g. a relative or a close one) and the person has not, with a continuing power of attorney, determined who will manage their affairs when their functional capacity has decreased so that assistance is needed. The guardian has the right to receive compensation for the necessary expenses from the client's funds, as well as a reasonable fee, considering the quality and extent of his or her duties and the client's funds. The amount of the fee is laid down by government decree. The fee charged by a public guardian belongs to his or her employer, i.e. the state or other an external service provider.
