Apply for the registration of your right of residence (EU registration) if: * you are a citizen of an EU Member State, Liechtenstein or Switzerland; and * you will be staying in Finland for over 3 months at a time. If you are a Nordic citizen (citizen of Denmark, Iceland, Norway or Sweden), register your personal data at the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. Nordic citizens do not need to apply for EU registration at the Finnish Immigration Service.

Make sure you meet the following requirements: * You are a citizen of an EU Member State, Liechtenstein or Switzerland. * You have a valid passport or identity card. * You have grounds for your residence in Finland. * You have sufficient financial resources for living in Finland for yourself and for your family members. * You are not a danger to public order or security or public health. 2. Make sure you have all the attachments needed. 3. Fill in the application and add your documents. 4. Pay for the application. 5. Visit a service point to prove your identity. 6. Wait for the decision. We will contact you if necessary. 7. Supplement your application if necessary. 8. You get the decision at the service point or into your Enter Finland account or by post. 9. You have a right to appeal against the decision.

The KEHA Centre pays a representative appointed for a minor a fee based on the time spent on representative duties and reimbursement for expenses incurred from representation. This applies when the representative has been appointed under the Act on the Promotion of Immigrant Integration or the Act on the Reception of Persons Applying for International Protection, and the minor has been granted a residence permit. When a minor who has applied for international protection is granted a residence permit, the Finnish Immigration Service pays the representative's fee and expense reimbursement until the residence permit decision is communicated to the minor, including the date of notification. The KEHA Centre pays fees and reimbursements starting from the day following the notification date.

Fees and other expense reimbursements not related to travel must be applied for within two months of the basis for the fee or the expenses incurred. ### How to Submit Representative Fees Submit the fees and information related to the payment of travel and other reimbursements to the KEHA Centre via the ePalkkio form. Log in to the ePalkkio service form using your personal bank credentials, mobile certificate, or certificate card. Your personal information will be transferred to the form automatically. Fill out the form carefully and attach the necessary documents. If you cannot use the ePalkkio service, use the printable form and send the form to the KEHA Centre.

The KEHA Centre pays, upon application, a fee to the representative appointed for a minor based on the time spent on the representative's duties and reimbursement for expenses incurred from representation when the representative has been appointed under the Act on the Promotion of Immigrant Integration or the Act on the Reception of Persons Applying for International Protection, and the minor has been granted a residence permit. The Government Decree provides more detailed regulations on the grounds for paying the fee and its amount, reimbursable expenses, and the procedures for paying the fee and reimbursing expenses. The fee and expense reimbursement are paid for the performance of the representative's duties from the date on which the district court appointed the representative. The fee and expense reimbursement may also be paid for up to two hours of work done to become acquainted with the minor before the district court's decision. However, the fee and expense reimbursement can only be paid after the district court has made the decision on the appointment of the representative. The hourly fee for the representative is 45 euros. The following expenses incurred in carrying out the representative's duties are reimbursed: 1. Ordinary office expenses. 2. Travel and accommodation costs, as well as daily allowances, according to the State travel regulations. 3. Loss of earnings, up to €60 per day. 4. Expenses for necessary training approved in advance by the Finnish Immigration Service or the Economi Development Centre, or for attending meetings of representatives. 5. A fee for obtaining a criminal record extract, up to two fees per year. Fees and other expense reimbursements not related to travel must be applied for within two months of the basis for the fee or the expenses incurred. The KEHA Centre may grant permission to pay the fee and expense reimbursement upon application, even if they have not been applied for within the deadline.
