If you no longer have the need for a non-disclosure for personal safety reasons and you are an adult, you can remove your non-disclosure for personal safety reasons in the Suomi.fi Web Service. If you want to remove a non-disclosure for personal safety reasons from your minor dependant, you must request the removal from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. If there are more than one guardian, you will submit the request together. At the fastest, a non-disclosure for personal safety reasons is removed within a few days from when the details of the non-disclosure are removed from the system. However, this varies and sometimes the notification left from the non-disclosure may affect the use of services even years later.

If you cannot use the online form, you can visit our service location in person or request that the non-disclosure be removed by letter or by secure email to vaestotiedot@dvv.fi. Please note that in this case, it will take longer to remove the non-disclosure.
