Описание
With this service, you create a continuing power of attorney online with step-by-step guidance. With a continuing power of attorney, you decide in advance who will manage your affairs if you later become unable to do so yourself due to illness or reduced capacity. The guided online service asks step by step for details of the attorney and the substitute attorney, the scope of the authorisation, and whether it covers property, financial matters, health care or all of these. You can also decide on the right to give gifts and the duty to account. The service creates a continuing power of attorney based on the information you provide, which you can review in a free preview before payment. After payment, you download the finished document as a PDF. It comes with instructions for signing, using two impartial witnesses and having the power of attorney confirmed by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV) when it is needed. The service is in Finnish.

Условия
A continuing power of attorney can be made by an adult who is able to understand the meaning of the document. The document must be made in writing. The principal must sign it, or acknowledge their signature, in the presence of two impartial witnesses who are present at the same time. The witnesses also sign the document. A continuing power of attorney does not take effect when it is made. The attorney applies for its confirmation from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV) when the principal is no longer able to manage the matters it covers. If the authorisation involves particularly complex provisions, international circumstances, possible conflicts of interest or other special circumstances, personal legal help may be needed.
