The Call Service from Hemma offers seniors safety and peace of mind in everyday life – without any additional devices. The calls always come to the senior’s own, familiar phone, making the service simple and reliable. Answering the call is enough to confirm that everything is fine. If the call is not answered, the system will try three times. If there is still no response, Hemma will first try to call personally. If the client cannot be reached, we then act according to the agreed procedure: contacting a family member, visiting in person, or calling for help if needed. Examples of what the Call Service includes: • Regular calls at agreed times to ensure safety • No need for new equipment – only the client’s own phone is used • Option to combine with Hemma Assistant visits • The Call Service is available nationwide The Call Service operates on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. It can be ordered as a standalone service or as part of the Hemma Assistant package. The certainty provided by the system, combined with Hemma’s personal response, creates peace of mind for both seniors and their families.

Contact Hemma’s customer service by phone or leave a contact request via our website. We will get back to you no later than the next working day and agree together on the schedule to start the Call Service. During the consultation, we will agree on call times, the response procedure if calls are unanswered, and how family members will be kept informed. This ensures the service begins smoothly and safely.
