Описание
The municipality of Sipoo has 22 allotment gardens in the Söderkulla manor region, as well as 39 lots in Nikkilä Jokilaakso. Allotment gardens are rented for one year at a time. To enable the cultivation of perennial plants, tenants from the previous year have priority to rent the same plot for the following year. In early spring we will contact previous years customers, when it’s time to let us know if they are interested in continuing for the coming season. * Price 20€ / 50 m2. (vat0%). We will add the current vat% to the price. * Invoices will be sent out in spring time.
Как пользоваться
All plots are now rented for the 2026 season. You can still join the waiting list by sending an email to viljelypalstat@sipoo.fi. This email address serves all matters related to the allotment gardens, including billing. Vacant cultivation plots will be distributed in the order of the queue, depending on if plots become available. Renters are responsible for keeping their contact information up-to-date. You can notify us of changes in contact information to the attached email. We will notify those, who have registered for the queue, about the availability of new plots in the spring.
