Описание
Data Permit Authority Findata can grant a permit for secondary use of social and health register data based on the Act on the Secondary Use of Health and Social Data (552/2019). Data Permit Authority Findata grants permits involving secondary use of social and health register data when data is combined from registers of multiple controllers or obtained from private social welfare and health care service providers. Data permit to access pseudonymised personal data is applicable for scientific research and statistics, for authorities’ planning and reporting duties and for preparing teaching material for the training of personnel dealing with social welfare and health care customer data and those studying to be social welfare and health care professionals. Once a data permit permit has been granted, Findata will gather the register data from the controllers, combine, pseudonymise and/or anonymise the data as well as convert and combine the permit holder’s own data. The data is then made accessible to the permit holder in Findata’s secure remote access environment for processing and analysing. Primary statistical software needed for data analysing is available in the secure remote access environment. For more information go to Findata website www.findata.fi
