Personal training at school (SchoolPT) helps you get stronger with a professional coach and learn to train smartly at the gym. In addition to training in small groups, you learn how to train independently at the gym. The classes include warm-up, daily gym training and cool-down stretches. Guidance takes place in small groups. The activity is free of charge and part of the Turku Model for leisure activities.
