Описание
The incentive model is an incentive instrument funded by the EU Recovery Fund to strengthen the multidisciplinary nature of Ohjaamo centres or services comparable to Ohjaamo operations. The objective of the grant is to strengthen the multi-professional nature of Ohjaamo centres for young people or services comparable to Ohjaamo operations. The incentive model also aims to strengthen incentives for the integration of social and healthcare services and education services within Ohjaamo operations. Government grants may be applied for by municipalities, joint municipal authorities and wellbeing services counties in which a youth service point operating as an Ohjaamo centre is located, or another low-threshold, multidisciplinary service point for young people that implements the core principles of the Ohjaamo model in its operations. The incentive model may be used to recruit an expert only from the social, healthcare or education sector. A grant may be applied for the recruitment of an expert if the service already employs an expert financed through own funding, or if a new expert is recruited using own funding. In this way, the wage costs of one expert may be used to recruit another expert. Funding under the incentive model may be granted simultaneously for a maximum of three full-time personnel resources per Ohjaamo centre. The application period for support under the incentive model is from 1 October 2023 to 31 October 2025. The support may be applied for and granted for a maximum of one year at a time, and eligible costs may be incurred between 1 October 2023 and 31 December 2026. Grant decisions are issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, and payments are processed by the KEHA Centre.
