### Regional guidelines for Ostrobothnia Employment Services
The current policy for 2025 is that, for the time being, subsidy for joint procurement training will only be granted for recruitment training (RekryKoulutus), i.e. individuals hired into employment by an employer.
If you can't find skilled employees, you can train them yourself together with an educator through recruitment training (RekryKoulutus). The training is tailored to meet your company's needs. It includes both theoretical instruction and supervised on-the-job learning and work practice. Those who successfully complete the training will be employed by the company. The employment must be full-time, based on either a permanent or fixed-term contract for a minimum of 12 months.
The service is intended for small and medium-sized enterprises, with a focus on small businesses (a maximum of 49 employees and either an annual turnover or a balance sheet total of no more than €10 million).
This service is available within the funding allocated to the Employment Services. So, get in touch with us early on so we can assess your company's eligibility for support.
