Report the experimental activities to the Kotka Environmental Protection Service Unit. The notification is made to the party who would process the environmental permit application. Before submitting the notification, contact the environmental protection service unit to determine whether the activities can be carried out on the basis of the notification, or whether the activities may be subject to an environmental permit, and whether the activities fall within the jurisdiction of the municipality or the state.
