Описание
Youth centres are places where people aged 9–17 can spend their free time. Youth centres also offer more limited hobby activities for people under 9 and over 18 years of age. At youth centres, young people can meet their friends and do things that they like to do under the supervision of adults. Youth centres and facilities organise various activities based on young people's wishes and needs, including participation and influencing activities, events, environmental, nature and animal-related activities, gaming, music, group activities, excursions and clubs. Activities are also organised at weekends and during school holidays. The open youth centre activities are regular and safe activities for children and young people. Youth centres have trained youth workers who are responsible for the activities and with whom you can talk about anything. Every young person is welcome at the youth centres. The centres provide young people with opportunities to hang out with other young people in a safe environment. There are always youth work professionals present at the youth centres who plan and implement activities with the young people. Youth centres are free of charge and substance-free, and they do not allow any kind of discrimination, racism or bullying.
