Описание
In the business mentoring program, an experienced mentor shares their expertise and networks free of charge with the entrepreneur being mentored. A mentor is a valuable resource in the early stages of a business, during development phases, and in the entrepreneur’s personal growth. An entrepreneur looking to develop their business gains a trusted discussion partner and coach in a mentor with broad experience in the business world. The mentoring collaboration is always tailored to the entrepreneur’s goals and needs. One-on-one meetings and discussions are free of charge and strictly confidential.
Как пользоваться
We arrange the first joint meeting with the entrepreneur and the mentor, where the methods and ground rules of the mentoring process are reviewed. After this, the entrepreneur and the mentor (mentoring pair) schedule their one-on-one meetings according to their own availability.
