There you can learn about the prehistory of Pielavesi, the local handcraft traditions and different aspects of human life, from birth to death and from everyday life to celebration. The main building's room is decorated in early twentieth century style, with men's and women's halves. In addition to the room, the building has three chambers. In the largest chamber, there is an exhibition entitled "Aenahan se joutilaalla jottae tietättää", which shows the different stages of human life in the past. In the second chamber there is an exhibition "Suanut suappaat pittää, köydä käöp ilimannii", which tells about the work of Pielavesi leather workers and shoemakers and the history of shoemaking. The chamber in the back is decorated as a chamber of an early 20th century parsonage and tells the history of the Pielavesi congregations. The exhibitions in the main building were made in 1998, 1999 and 2000. In addition to the old rectory, a fish-hut and a smoke cottage are open for the museum visitors. The fish-hut is the oldest building in the museum area, because it dates from 1746. According to its name, the hut has been a fish and game-hut. Its exhibition on fishing was completed in 2004. The first building of the museum is the birchbark roofed smoke cottage. It was donated by the village of Laukkala and is decorated in the style of the old smoke cottage of the past.

Osakkaan on ilmoitettava tiedoksisaannista muille pesän osakkaille. Kunta tiedottaa poikkeamisesta koskevasta hakemuksesta edellä mainituille tahoille. Kunta voi periä tiedottamisesta aiheutuneet kustannukset hakijalta. Ennen poikkeamista koskevan asian ratkaisemista kunta pyytää tarvittaessa elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskuksen, muun valtion viranomaisen tai maakunnan liiton lausunnon, jos poikkeaminen koskee merkittävästi niiden toimialaa.

Avgiftsinformation

Poikkeamiskäsittelystä peritään rakennusvalvontataksan mukainen maksu.

Beskrivning

In early childhood education, each child’s development and learning are supported individually. Our goal is to ensure that every child receives the right kind of support at the right time, both in daily routines and during the transition to pre-primary education. Early, well-targeted support promotes well-being and prevents challenges from becoming more complex. Support is provided primarily within the child’s own group as part of everyday daycare or family daycare. Flexible practices—such as visual aids, sign-supported communication, small-group activities, and calm, structured moments—help children feel safe, participate, and learn. When needed, we collaborate with professionals such as child health clinics or therapists. ### Levels of Support Support is organised on three levels to match each child’s individual needs. General support is part of everyday activity. A child may need help with language development, dressing, social play, or joining group activities. Most children benefit from this level of support. If general support is not sufficient, intensified support can be provided. It is regular, planned, and may include several support measures. A formal decision is made, and guardians are always consulted beforehand. Special support is the strongest level. It is provided when the child’s needs are extensive or when a disability, illness, or developmental delay requires it. It is continuous and comprehensive, and it also requires a formal decision. ### Forms of Support All three support levels may include pedagogical, structural, and care-related measures. Pedagogical support includes: * a clear and predictable daily routine * small-group activities * the use of pictures, signs, and other communication tools * support from a special education teacher Structural support includes: * adjusting group size or the environment * additional staff or an assistant * strengthening staff competence * guidance from a special education teacher Care-related support addresses health needs, such as: * assistive devices * special diets * help with daily routines * managing medical needs like diabetes care Our aim is to tailor support so that each child can grow, learn, and feel well in a safe and encouraging environment.

Classless special education provides support for students with mild learning or adaptation difficulties. An individual plan for the organization of education is drawn up for each student with special needs, together with the school, guardians and other staff caring for the child. Teaching can take place in the context of basic education, with the support of part-time special education or in small groups. The transfer of a child to special education is always discussed with the child's guardians.

Så använder du tjänsten

If your child is in need for support, contact the student's class teacher, class supervisor or subject teacher. If the general support and subsequent planned intensified support are not sufficient, the school, in cooperation with the student and guardians, will carry out a pedagogical assessment of the need for special support.
