Beskrivning
Social counselling supports your wellbeing and coping in the face of challenges and difficulties of life. You can receive social counselling if - you need support for planning and managing your everyday life - you are unemployed and need guidance on your future plans - your life situation is about to change or has changed (e.g. divorce, moving in together, birth of a child) - you need advice on social security and social services - you are struggling with a drug or gambling addiction - you are struggling with mental health problems - you are in debt - you have faced a sudden crisis (e.g. eviction, divorce or financial troubles) - you need guidance on securing housing - you need preventive social assistance. Social counselling offers you support and company, guidance and advice in crises and unexpected situations. It is an adult social work service and in parts similar to social rehabilitation. You can contact a social instructor or social worker to discuss which service suits you best.
Villkor
Social counselling is provided to all adults as needed. The counselling starts with guidance and advice. Then, if necessary, we will assess your service needs more thoroughly and decide whether you need a personal social worker to support your day-to-day life. You can contact us by phone or through the Maisa client portal. You can also submit a contact request at a service point.
