The service is always planned according to the client’s needs and wishes. In addition to cleaning, we can help with laundry, changing bed linen, cooking, or yard work. If needed, we also pay attention to home safety and the prevention of risks in everyday living. Each client is assigned a dedicated Hemma Cleaner or Hemma Assistant who takes care of the agreed visits. A familiar person brings continuity, security, and routines that support well-being and make everyday life easier. Cleaning and housekeeping services can be provided regularly on a weekly or monthly basis, but one-time visits are also possible.

Villkor
Cleaning and housekeeping is intended for anyone who needs support in maintaining cleanliness and taking care of household tasks. The service can be provided VAT-exempt if the client has a functional limitation that prevents managing the services independently. Eligibility for VAT exemption does not depend on age but is assessed by a professional during the consultation visit. The service is eligible for a household tax credit in accordance with the Finnish Tax Administration’s guidelines, if paid privately. Please note that the credit cannot be claimed for the same work if it is covered, for example, by a service voucher. In addition, clients may apply for a service voucher from their wellbeing services county to cover the costs, depending on local practices.
Avgiftsinformation
The service can be purchased privately or with a service voucher. The private share is eligible for the household tax credit. No separate charges for mileage or other additional or invoicing fees. Billing is only based on the time spent with the customer.
